Keeping with Last Night's Post

Looks like my hunch was right. Awoke to this headline. Weekly Jobless Claims Post Surprise Jump, Hit 500,000

Come on, Republicans, no more "all mosque, all the time". It is time to go for the jugular on the economics front.

They won't have to. Those that aren't working, many for YEARS now aren't going to support the party that said without massive taxes and spending, unemployment will go over 8% and now here it is at over 10% and still climbing. Add his support of a most unpopular mosque and his support for our enemies while giving the finger to our allies have many voters, especially independents, scared out of their wits over what this government is doing. The problem is if we expect the republicans (assuming the voters are smart enough to vote anti Democrat) that take the House and possibly the Senate to rescue us should look at their current history. It isn't promising either.

Agreed. I do believe this is the Republicans last chance to get it right. That said, my hopes are not very high.

If the Republicans are given the majority again, they better hit the ground running and take no prisoners. No reaching across the aisle to the communists on the other side and no placating their RINO wing. This is it. Their final act. If they fail, they perish as a party and take the country with them.
