Eric Holder: Obama’s deranged Idiot cousin.

Via FOX News, H/T to Musings of a Vast Right-Winger

Booger Eating Moron Eric Holder Usama bin Laden (I don’t know why but it irritates me when they spell it Usama.  Usama/Osama who cares?  Spelling it with a “U” seems to be the “friendlier” thing to do or something) will never be captured alive, Attorney General Eric Holder told lawmakers on Tuesday. "The possibility of capturing him alive is infinitesimal," Holder said. "He will be killed by us, or he will be killed by his own people so that he is not captured by us. We know that. ... The possibility simply does not exist."

[SNIP] Republicans … suggested he intends to treat terrorism suspects as "common criminals." Holder said such suggestions tend to "get my blood boiling," calling them "anything but the truth."Ego Maniac - Probably Dreams of Being Bigshot Prosecutor

He said the "apt" comparison is to mass murderers like Charles Manson, …Trying to  explain the analogy, Holder said mass murderers like Manson still reserve the right to go before a jury and have the charges against them proved beyond a reasonable doubt. "In some ways I think they're comparable people, in some ways," Holder said.

Rep. John Culberson, R-Tex., called that response "incredible." "This is where the disconnect between this administration in your mindset is so completely opposite that of where the vast majority of the American people are," Culberson said. "This is war, and in a time of war we as a nation have never given Constitutional rights to foreign nationals, enemy soldiers, certainly captured overseas."

[snip] As for the Charles Manson analogy, Holder said he was simply trying to think of a mass murderer. [Snip] "The comparison is between people who have committed the most heinous acts and have been charged in [civilian] courts."

Idiot  Still, Culberson found the Charles Manson analogy ill-advised. "By granting Usama bin Laden the right to appear in a U.S. courtroom, you are clothing Usama bin Laden with the protections of the U.S. Constitution," he said.

[Snip] Holder may be the first U.S. official to say unequivocally that bin Laden will never be captured alive, but he is not the first to raise such a possibility. In October 2001, shortly after the 9/11 attacks, then-Defense Secretary Donald Rumsfeld said bin Laden may never be captured, adding that capturing or killing the Al Qaeda leader would be "very difficult." "It's a big world," he told USA Today. "There are lots of countries. He's got a lot of money, he's got a lot of people who support him and I just don't know whether we'll be successful. Clearly, it would be highly desirable to find him."

The biggest reason he will not be taken alive they left unsaid.  We are not really where-osama looking for him and he will die of old age, someday. For heaven’s sake it's been 9 years and you're telling me that if the United States really, really, wanted this guy we would not have found him?

Holder is effin delusional, just like the pResident, and it speaks to Obama's mindset as well. This obvious moonbat would have probably tried to prosecute the Japanese for Pearl Harbor- AT LEAST they attacked a Military Base, not Civilians in offices.  Charlie Manson, an apt comparison?  Manson was responsible for 8 murders, not thousands, and not acts of war. Bin Laden orchestrated the attacks on The WTC, The Pentagon, and just where do you think the other plane was going? (hint)  White House

No, an apt comparison between Osama and someone else would be Hitler, or one of the top people of the SS, rounding up and killing people for being Jewish.  No wonder they don’t see the Hamas or Hezbollah as big deals, they are just firing rockets into civilian homes, that is kinda like what Billy Ayers did isn’t it?

I used to believe Osama was dead, now I am open to the possibility that he is still alive, but we are not looking for him.  And to quote Rumsfield...that pisses me off as well, We HAD HIM (here is another better account) and he let turf warfare and political considerations get in the way.

If I had my way we would capture his skinny ass, take him to ground zero and give him to a pack of wild starving hogs....

Look at them Tusks

or better yet just simply shoot him where we find him so dickheads like Holder can't sing effin Kum Ba Ya with him.

Feinstein, Gibbs, Can’t Keep Their Mouths Shut on Fruit of Kaboom

 Kit Bond dianne_feinsteinOrrin Hatch

A couple of days ago I caught a bit of an exchange between Orrin Hatch (R-UT), Kit Bond (R-MO), and Diane Feinstein (Harpy-CA) it seems there is much much more to this story and it doesn’t seem to be gaining much traction.  This plays like an episode of 24.  Let me see if I can give the full picture of what happened.

Umar Farouk Abdul Mutallab Fruit of Kaboom Umar Farouk Abdul Mutallab, The Fruit of Kaboom, underpants, or as the pc crowd is calling him now  “The Christmas Day Bomber”, due to his own incompetence and through no action of our intelligence of law enforcement communities fails in his attempt to kill innocent civilians.  He was then taken into custody, where he started singing like a bird.  Then in a really masterful stroke at the behest of the O-ministration he was mirandized after which he immediately lawyer-ed, and shut, UP.  Howls of outrage and public outcry ensue and someone somewhere in the FBI has the bright idea to put his parents on a plane so they could be with him, in the hopes they will encourage him to be more cooperative.  Other deals may have been made, one deal apparently that was made was that he would talk, but only if we kept quiet about it.

Dog and Pony Now, a word about Congressional Hearings.  There is a saying regarding legal proceedings, “never ask a question you do not know the answer to". This is sage advice because you could ask a question and ruin your case.  If you do not realize already, now is the time to learn that most things done for the cameras of C-span, especially when it comes to high profile cases like the Fruit of Kaboom® bomber are dog and pony shows.  The committee members know the questions and the answers before hand, but it is a great PR move to make people admit their failures on TV.  Senators and Representatives get to look smart, or tough, and the American people are mollified.

SO… Everyone on the Senate Intelligence Committee that day (obviously) knew that Abdulmutallab (fruit of kaboom bomber) was talking, why he was talking, the conditions of his talking, and what he was saying. But there sat Diane Feinstein and across the table and down on the floor in front of her sat all the heads of all the intelligence agencies and the FBI and so she saw an opportunity to look smart and tough for the voters, and probably curry favor with the O-ministration.

FBI Director Mueller She asked the head of the FBI  Robert Mueller,

"It is also my understanding that Mr. Abdulmutallab has provided valuable information. Is that correct?"

"Yes," Mueller replied.
"Thank you," Feinstein said.

(so far so good, she hasn’t spilled the beans yet)

AND THEN THE COUP DE GRACE

Dianne_Feinstein Frankenstein "…and that the interrogation continues
despite the fact that he has been Mirandized?"
"Yes," Mueller said again.

D'OH

Off microphone, you can hear Kit Bond saying the whole time she is asking the  question, once he realizes she stepped into a steaming pile of shit, “no no no no no.”

Too late; what was Mueller going to do?  Lie to the Head of the Senate Intelligence Committee on C-Span?

It was stunning to behold I tell you.  But wait the story gets worse

robert_gibbs5 White House Blabber Mouth, Chief Propaganda and Apologist® Robert Gibbs told reporters all about it, hiding behind the fact that the cat was already out of the bag since it was said in open Senate hearing proceedings.  Kit Bond wrote a letter to the White House chastising the administration, and the White House had the temerity to demand an Apology from Bond!

Do you know why Diane FrankenStein and Nasty Botoxi, and all the rest of those worthless scumbags don’t care if you or I die on a commercial airliner?  Because Let them Eat Cake2they and their families DO NOT FLY COMMERCIAL.  So as soon as Al-Queda hijacks a Air Force Plane Nasty Botoxi has commandeered for her family’s use or a Private Gulfstream that some other member of congress is on, they will care.  Until then, these types of incidents will only be used for political gain from those on the Left, National Security, and by that, I mean OUR Security, be damned.

Air Travel: Then and Now

Sky Hostess I first flew on a plane in probably 1988.  It was continental airlines from San Francisco, Ca to St. Louis MO.  I would have been 11, and I was returning from my summer spent with my Dad and Grandpa in CA.   We walked into the airport, and went to the ticket counter. A ticket agent found our reservation, and printed out our tickets and boarding passes.  They told you to lock your checked luggage, then took our checked baggage and threw it on a conveyor.    We carried our carry on bags to the terminal.  Placed the baggage on a conveyor to run through an X ray machine, emptied our pockets of our keys, change, and pocket knives (I am almost sure I had a knife on me, I remember it, and yes I carried a sharp knife in my pocket to school and elsewhere starting at about age 10) and walked through the scanner, picked up our luggage and proceeded to the gate area where we then boarded the plane and went about our lives.  Total check in time, 30 minutes, Security screening, 1 minute.  Hijackings happened but usually only on flights with overseas destinations, or from one crappy country to another crappy country.  We were unafraid.  Our President did not negotiate with terrorists, we shot them in the head and moved on.

I flew by myself for the first time in probably 1990.  It was a Southwest flight from Los Angeles through Phoenix with a connection, final destination St. Louis, Mo.  By this time having knives in your pocket was verboten.  It seemed somewhat sensible, so I put the knife in the checked baggage.  Southwest was different, you had your ticket and so you went directly to your gate bypassing the ticket counter.  The gate agent gave you a boarding pass.  Anyone in the world could go to the gate, no ticket needed, nothing needed. We checked my checked baggage at the curb, Dad carried one of my carry-ons.   We took off our belts (it was easier, we both used to sport the big cowboy buckles), dropped our change in the bowl threw my carry-on on the Metal detector belt; no buzzers buzzed so we were cool. Dad walked me to my gate got my boarding pass and waited until I boarded the plane.   This was common practice.  Total time Check in, 5 minutes, total security screening 1 minute.  Because I was under 14 I had a seriously HOT stewardess (that is what they were called back then) who was not officially on flight duty, I know because she was out of uniform and was instead wearing black shiny spandex pants, escort me across the Phoenix airport holding my hand the whole way to my gate.  There was NO way I would have gotten lost following that rear-end, I assure you, but I digress.

I made that trip several more times over the next few years, although never holding the hand of, and being accompanied by, such a lovely escort.  And it was the same old drill, time after time.

Then 9/11 happened.  Now you would not-so-randomly be pulled out of line at the gate and inspected.    White young guy –check, old white lady – check. Middle aged black man- check.  Three dudes wearing towels on their heads praising allah and giving us dirty looks- check.  It was ridiculous.

Then some moron tried to blow up a plane using something in a shampoo bottle. And instead of picking out the swarthy allah worshippers for a little extra attention,  Now we have to put everything in a baggie.  No containers larger than 2 oz.  Although as long as you have liquid in a baggie you are usually ok to put other liquids in your bag, because the water heads in the TSA don’t look for that.

Then some dirtbag tried to blow up his shoes.  So now we have to go through the indignity of taking off our shoes as well, while going through the other mind numbing processes.  We would not want to treat anyone differently.  Now little old ladies get frisked right along with achmed the camel riding bomb maker.  I shit you not I saw the Hulkster, Hulk Hogan, getting patted down and wanded in the Memphis airport two years ago.  I think Hulk is about as far from the plane blowing up terrorist sort as it gets.

Oh yeah average security time 30 minutes.  That is if they decide that my many -work required- gadgets and cables and chargers do not scare them and they have to dump everything I carry onto the table and look at it like monkeys doing calculus for five minutes.  Then they usually say something intelligent like, “if you didn't carry all of this stuff…”  to which I usually say, “If i didn’t carry all this stuff there would be no reason for the trip, which I would appreciate right now.”  But they are just trying to do their jobs with the stupid rules they have been saddled with.

So now some A-hole tries to blow up his fruit of the looms and every traveler in the U.S. is probably going to have to go through the (slow) full body scanner, and air puffers.  WHY?  For the FEELING of security.  Everyone knows this.

If we wanted to have more than the illusion of security we would make a certified traveler program.  That way business travelers on domestic flights, like me, who have never been arrested, look like a cornfed midwesterner and have been employed at the same company for over ten years, travel every month,  and do not even know the proper spelling for the Koran?…Quaran? can just do it like back in the days and go on about our business.  Let the tourists and other infrequent travelers go through a different line and give them a little more attention.  Pull out anyone that  *gasp* fits the profile a full inspection and lets be SAFE.  Let them be sniffed by dogs…leave me, and granny, alone.

What we are doing now is letting the Terrorists win.  Their goal is to change our way of life and we are letting them.

Should we do the "surge"?

Last night, Alan Colmes the liberal corpse at Fox News made the argument that we should bring our troops home from Afganistan. I have to admit, I agree with Colmes but for very different reasons. We know we have a pResident that cares more for his pack of cigarettes than he does for our troops. We know that since Obama took office, he has hancuffed our troops with rules of engagement that our soldiers in Vietnam would have deserted over. We know we are fighting an enemy that is as vicious as any in history. We know our pResident has no desire to achieve anything resembling a victory regarding any foreign policy issue. We know the only reason that Obama is doing this surge is because he needs to do something to appease mainstream America because the majority of Americans excluding the extreme left now disapprove of Obama's handling of his job from the economy, to foreign policy to health care. Given the fact that this troop surge adds up to nothing more than throwing 30,000 more troops into the gauntlet of a no win scenario being run by a no win boss, isn't the better choice to bring our troops home from Afganistan now and not lose anymore American lives in a war the regime wants to lose?

I am all for going all out to try to win in Afganistan but I heard nothing about winning in Obama's speech last night. I did hear more apologies for America's wrongs, more blame on the previous administration and much more subserviance to NATO, the UN and any other foreign power. Such attitudes are not winning attitudes, but the same attitudes that led to the quagmayer in Vietnam.

So you tell me, am I wrong to want to put our troops first?
